Delivery and Returns Policy
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the items of your order that are available. When unavailable item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order.
Delivery charges for items are calculated at checkout, based on the size of the item and your location. Delivery costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.
Our standard delivery time is 2-7 working days, starting from next working day after order completion on checkout and payment, in countries of the European Union. You will receive a tracking code in your e-mail. We use services of courier companies and all deliveries are insured. The delivery time outside of the European Union in standard are 5-15 working days, starting from next working day after order completion on checkout and payment. The term of delivery of your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Applicable shipping charges for your order will be provided prior to you completing your purchase. Free domestic and international shipping promotions shall be subject to promotional details and we reserve the right to restrict the territories.
Please note, that delivery of separate items may not be possible outside of the European Union countries, following restrictions of international shipments of the seeds and other special products.
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order. Please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org including photographs clearly showing evidence of the damage on delivery. State your order number as a reference and include your telephone number.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, under distant selling regulations you can return the items to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund.
Items bought online are returned at your own expense, unless proved, that they were damaged when received, and should be unused, returned in their original packaging and in a fully resalable condition, including all documentation and accessories.
To authorize a return please fill the Withdrawal Form that is sent in every part of the order. The Withdrawal Form must be completely filled and the information must be written clearly in English.
Please note: Any goods received without appropriately and correctly completed Withdrawal Form will not qualify for a refund and be rejected on delivery to our returns center.
Once your appropriately performed return has been received, your refund will be processed. Refunds can take up to 15 working days to be received following receipt of the goods into our returns center.
We are unable to provide refunds for any items stated on the Withdrawal Form document found to be missing from the package on arrival at the returns center.
In no event will tillzero.com or its third-party shipment providers be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control.
Tillzero.com will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO).
This Delivery and Returns Policy is subject to change without notice. The version of this Delivery and Returns Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your purchase. Tillzero.com recommends you to print or otherwise retain a copy of this Delivery and Returns Policy at the time of your purchase.
